BARBERA MONFERRATO DOC | CHEINI - This wine is produced with grapes grown in the vineyards of Cascina Bertolotto in Spigno Monferrato. The harvesting of the grapes is dealyed until the end of October to encourage ripening and allow a slight drying it is placed in wooden barrels and allowed to ferment at the low temperature of the autumn. The slow and prolonged fermentation infuses the product with a very persistent aroma and a full and round taste.
