Pago Guijoso is one of Spain's estate-specific Vinos de Pago. The estate is located near El Bonillo. Pago Guijoso is in the Albacete province in the south-east of Castilla-La Mancha. The pago became a VP in 2004, making it the third estate to be awarded the status.
The vineyard was established in 1996 and is part of a much bigger property of 7400 acres owned by Familia Conesa Bodegas y Viñedos and used for diverse purposes ranging from olives, livestock and hunting, to producing renewable energy through solar panels. The area allowed to produce grapes for Vinos de Pago is 242 acres.
There are four Vinos de Pago bottlings. Three reds are released under the Finca La Sabina label; a Cabernet Sauvignon Grand Reserva, a Merlot Crianza, and a Syrah. El Beso de las Uvas is an oak-fermented Chardonnay.
