LA SABINA - Syrah

LA SABINA - Syrah - 2017 - 11 months in French oak barrels Intense cherry red colour with a ruby rim and dense tears with flashes of blue that denote integrity. In the nose ripe red fruits predominate, with pastry and balsamic notes reminiscent of Mediterranean woodlands and spices with light touches of dairy and sweetness, smoked and toasted wood touches.
In the mouth it is powerful, structured, intense and full bodied. The tannin is sweet and full bodied due to its slow maturation. The wood is expressed in perfect balance without invading the variety, leaving a significant proportion of fruit in the after-taste.
